What is a concert? A colourful dog, of course, or in other words - a complex mixture. We have certain expectations of this ritual that has developed historically. We find our way around it. Could it also be different? We think of the concert as a transient process of the social body and easily shift the roles of audience, interpretation and composition. In the process, we lose ourselves in the solitude of listening just as much as we experience ourselves as a synchronised horde.

The ensemble metanoia was founded in 2011 and combines current trends in audio art, composed, improvised and electronic music. Visual and performative events are an important component, as are participatory settings and composing in a collective. We work in changing formations and collaborations.
