Dorothea Rust schreibt nach einer mündlichen Erzählung von Dorothea Schürch, nach dem diese den Kongress «Doing Performance Art History» vom 03.—05.11.2016 im Cabaret Voltaire in Zürich besucht hat.
An oral recollection of thoughts, statements etc. told by Dorothea Schürch (who had attended the congress) to Dorothea Rust (who was laying on the sofa at home with a broken hip-bone), and retold and afterwards quoted and noted by the latter. Misquoting, as well miss hearing and interpretating due to the transcription from analogue notes into this document are inherent in the following protocol/report. The liveliness of Dorothea Schürch’s report is to this day vivid. Each of the following thought fragments can trigger new thoughts and talks to reflect on performance or could be source material for new performative work.
Eine mündliche Erzählung von Dorothea Schürch (sie besuchte den Kogress) an Dorothea Rust (sie lag zu Hause auf dem Sofa mit einem gebrochenen Beckenknochen), nacherzählt und nach-notiert von Dorothea Rust. Missverstehen und Über-Hören und Missinterpretieren, infolge Transkription von analogen Notizen zu diesem nachstehenden Text, sind diesem Bericht innewohnend. Die Lebendigkeit von Dorothea Schürch’s Nacherzählung ist auch am heutigen Tag anschaulich da. Jeder der nachfolgenden Gedanken-Fragmente können neue Gedanken und Gespräche der Reflektion auslösen, oder könnten sogar Quellen-Material für Performances sein. ...
